The coaching change was a blessing. Stephanie White has over 20 years in the NBA and WNBA. She knows defense, which the fever lacked.

Not sure I understand all these drills. They have her holding the ball, jump left, jump forward, jump back, jump left, jump right, then shoot. Traveling will get called if she actually does that in a game, will it not? Why practice something you can't actually do in a game? If the drill is important, then have her do all that without a ball in her hands.

I cannot wait to see other player and team practices

It's probably too early to say this, but we might be watching the greatest point guard of all-time, who might also go down as the most skilled basketball player of all-time!!
