ОтветитьThank you for referring me to this practice. I found while there was no emotional release as such by way of tears, I did experience agitation, which I never expected. Quite interesting indeed. Do you know why we store stuck energy in our hip region or other parts of the body? I always like to go deeper with the hopes I will understand better. Thanks again Kristen, so very much appreciated!
