Lol I just use Music 2000 on a PS1 emulator that can export each audio channel to separate WAV files. I just have to savestate (and reload) often since that old DAW crashes often.

There's a PS1 reverb plugin too that uses the same algorithms - you can tweak all the setting developers could on the PS1. Sadly all the sliders aren't labelled! Maybe there's an updated version with labels - I really should look.

Or you could compose your track or element, burn to disc and play it on a ps1 using the reverb settings on the cd player. Then re-record it.

Even played some songs on parties...
