Can you do a video on the scorpion and other pest infestations in the PHX area? I hear that is a big problem there. Not sure if you did a video on such "friendly" pests yet.

Great video! Really fair and balanced. You didn't sugarcoat Estrella's remoteness, average great schools ratings, subpar golf course food or lack of proximity to health care (btw, food at The Cantina at Presidio is excellent). I'll be moving into a new build in CantaMia in September 2021 (after almost a year wait). What sold me was the beauty of the area, new construction is still affordable (compared to Verrado or Surprise), and the socioeconomic diversity is greater than other places I looked. It will be interesting to see what EMR looks like 5-10 years from now. For example, the proposed State Route 30 (still five years away), will shave 10 minutes off the Estrella to downtown Phoenix commute.

Don’t forget to mention only one gas station with 6 total gas pumps and I believe 1 or 2 diesel pumps. Why isn’t there a huge gas station there? Unless I missed one on my tour of Estrella mountain. Im still building there but that needs to change!
