There is something very relaxing about the way you present your content and I enjoy it very much, keep up the great work!
ОтветитьGreat idea beautiful dog, i goin try this. Hope it works with saw i havent got chain saw tyvm
ОтветитьHow long does one of those burn then?
ОтветитьLove the dog! The video’s nice, too… 😊
ОтветитьThis guy would never survive in the woods 🙈
Ответитьif ya laid the wood down normally it would still be a one log fire. this can be a good way to boil water.
ОтветитьWouldn’t it be much less work to just insert pieces of a thin stick as spacers between the splits before tying them together?
ОтветитьI love dogs. They are pure love❤
ОтветитьDon’t forget what I forefathers knew…
ОтветитьGreat video och wonderfull fourlegged friend❤
ОтветитьI was out camping with my wife, not only did I demonstrate the Swedish Torch, but gave her a taste of the Dutch Oven as well.
ОтветитьPretty adorable shadow you got there.
ОтветитьThis was so relaxing. Deserves a subscription:)
ОтветитьOn your split wood torch, it helps to wire the log back together in a different order so it fits imperfectly and leaves a bit more airspace.
This video has also brought back fond memories of Boomer, our chocolate lab. Like a mother to the kids, made everyone laugh when he “smiled”, legendary waterfowl and pheasant hunter. He was also the best coyote calling partner, he would always let me know when and where they were coming from long before I had a clue. See you soon old friend.
I'm not sure if you mentioned it, but how do these burn out? A fire pit has the benefit that everything is contained in 1 area but will this topple over and have red hot pieces of wood scattered on the ground?
ОтветитьPro tip: if you are going to split the wood, make life easier for yourself and your back, tie to log or set it inside a tire so the wood doesn’t go flying around.
ОтветитьUgh, he didn't make electric cars cool, he made them expensive.
ОтветитьGreat tips for using the logs and making fire. Love the dog too.
ОтветитьDog: "I have no idea what we're doing but hopefully there will be bacon."
ОтветитьYour channel is going to massive.. Well done, sir.
ОтветитьI think I spent most of the time looking at your beautiful dog! ❤
Ответить‘We all know the importance of having good looking firewood’ - I fekkin love this statement
ОтветитьBloody awesome 🇬🇧
ОтветитьIf I only could have a dog like that. He is so damn great. Sending hugs.
ОтветитьI love how much you pet your dog. Always annoyed when content creators have the cutest dogs and they just ignore them.
ОтветитьI'll be back in the woods this summer and will for sure try these techniques out! Thanks for the info and for a very pleasant 12 minutes of learning.
ОтветитьWhat a super cool video. Thanx man
Ответитьthanks man
ОтветитьDog carried this video
ОтветитьWhy did you cook the dog?!
ОтветитьI may never use this fire technique but, if the situation should arise, I now know how to keep myself warm. Thank you!
ОтветитьBest on this subject I've seen. Thanks!
ОтветитьIn a way I suppose, this torch was the Ikea furniture of its time...
Sharpening the 4 parts of the split log at one end allows you to stab them firmly into the ground so you can get away without tying them together.
Not that I ever made a swedish torch of course.
I cant even assemble Ikea furniture.
Ah yes, the good old 17th century moisture meter.
ОтветитьGreat video, amazing property. I have seen these before so I am going to be making a few this spring.
ОтветитьHad no idea Swedish soldiers carried chainsaws 400 years back. Ingenious peoples!
ОтветитьI’m making on when I get home from my work trip, I’m sure I will enjoy it
ОтветитьHow did they manage 400 years ago without chainsaws and moisture meters?
ОтветитьI think you have spoiled that dog in a good way, beautiful relationship, so much love shown by both of you.
ОтветитьThis great dog video was spoiled by someone starting forest fires or something there was a fire. Some trees.
ОтветитьI'm looking at this as a writer from the subtropics originally. Even now, I live close to desert and see snow rarely. If I need to write about people keeping warm in winter snow, I don't want to seem a complete fool.
ОтветитьGreat history lesson and practical demonstration of the Swedish Torch! Such knowledge is invaluable, no matter how technological our society gets. Still, as great as the presentation and content was.. Emma completely stole the show. :)
ОтветитьGreat video! Your accent is absolutely baffling me by the way
Ответитьgood
ОтветитьThats pooch loyalty at its best! What a bond
ОтветитьYeah! Get lit!
ОтветитьWhat was the ferrous rod for? You used a match??
ОтветитьThis video is incredible, well done
ОтветитьYou did a great job. That said, your dog stole the show!
