tip for all you new DOS mains: Pack-A-Punch will be invaluable and makes a massive difference in the early run, leading up to 25 kills or so. I like Damage Orb and Speed Orb the most, but Regen and divine orb can be decent, or all seeing eye for intel during early game.
Speed orb lets you pick your fights better, Damage orb will make it much easier to combo people off the map safely at early game (and can let you kill them in way less hits, for fights not near a ledge). Make sure to grab a Pack-A-Punch before you head into battle. And as you get more souls, stop being risky so that you dont lose 10+ souls to an enemy landing a lucky hit on maps edge. Head a bit more towards centre for every kill so that by the time you have enough to get on par wih the rest of the server, you dont get instakilled by a glue or magnet.
Thats basically how i managed to get a 296 soul run on the same day i started playing again after a year long break.

Some people just don’t know how exploitable dos is and most dos user learn that fact the hard way

I got the thanos gaunlet when I killed 200 ppl but I spend 2 hrs and it was one hit the people lol

tip for devour: if u ever got combo by someone dont run towards them just run away but once u got 70 killstreak using Q ability then hitting the person that combo u near the void also works

When someone start the combo its nearly impossible to get out of that

What I used to do was back up when they try to clutch me and just kill them from the back since your super fast

Biggers problem of that game is people with ping that keep hitting you even at bog distance

Here's a trick when there is a edge camper when ur a dos user: you know slap battles right?, in ks only, there are so many people who jukes edge campers, if you mastered that, you can easily get kills with dos

My friend trying to get 300 kills be like:

Yesterday I encountered a 300 souls devour and I had 35 souls and he was trying to get me but he was behind the mountain near mushroom and I killed him.

Another tip: DO NOT EVER GO TO THE MUSHROOM, theres 3 ways to go, mountain then mushroom, skip the mountain or behind the mountain, if you either go to the mushroom there might be shift, one shots or another ability and plus magnet can hide secretly in the mystic area and push ya off the void, or even engi boosters.

Some devours are so dumb but some are try hards
