In this 45 minutes class, Carmen will take you through a series of active exercises to prep your body for poses such as 'Camel Pose' and Bridge variations.
Skill Level: Intermediate (participants should have experience or a regular stretch practice to participate safely in this class).
Props required: towel, cushions, yoga blocks or thick books, small hand weights or a can of food/bag of rice would serve as an alternative.
