What is this station!!!!!

While flicking through the radio stations on the patio

I decided to check out what was on the shortwave band

And I found this station on 9.50 MHZ and I don’t know what the station is

It is broadcasting all in what I believe would be French and has a news/talk format

So please tell me what this station is in the comments below
