You been driving and it a long road finding a good view camping spot, instead of the nice view of overlanding, those are beautiful mountain view, is fishing part of overlanding. It would be nice to catch a fish and cook , especially in Alaska.

Anyone know how the logistics of these campsites work? Does he need to pay for and reserve these spots ahead of time, or is it more of a first come first serve thing? Are these locations public or does he just find any old offshoot from the road? Thanks in advance
