Wow in many ways!! Love the size and space and low rise. Modest surrounds but perfect for some as a real "retreat" yet not too far from what else you need. Great find mate! Cheers as always to you and Su and pats for Lily while she recovers (great move always with the furry family members)!

Great video Jason, doesn't seem to be much happening in the area, but that's ok by me, if there's a few non rowdy bars/restaurants/cafes/shopping places close by that's good for me, decent sized condo, would there be an issue with mosquitoes with it being on the ground floor? Nicely sized condo in a quiet area, just paint the walls and buy some new furniture and you can move in.
The fact that it takes 10 minutes to get to the beach doesn't matter when you're not working.

I would prefer if there were no windows or doors. They would all have to be bricked up with electricity disconnected. I guess i could sell the air conditioner and TV. But apart from that i really do love the fact that the maintenance fees are only 4.50 a day. That means i would have plenty of wiggly room for importing kegs of VB and thrashing myself with a set of jumper cables

loving the fact you are showing reality not just the brand new builds ...for the price it looks great... a bit out the way although you can get to the sea in 5 mins not sure its a beach ... not a huge issue but i wonder how much extra it costs to keep cool compared to a 25 sq mt shoe box...

Pattaya real estate is cheap for two reasons. Its the Russian mob and s3x trafficking capitals of SE Asia 👎👎

There is always one or more reasons for a low price. Nobody wants to live there. The housing allowance is too expensive at 1 USD per square meter, why so high? Because of the remote location, and, and, and. I'm sure that a serious resident could negotiate the price even lower.

Really nice for the price. I’d have to separate the shower somehow. I’ve become accustomed to not wetting the entire bathroom when I shower but at that price it wouldn't be an issue.

The maintenance cost is it Monthly ? 90 m2 x 35 = 3,150 So about $150 bucks a month ? sounds high for not many facilities in the building. Apart from that it looks good vale .

Until two days ago, when I bumped into your channel. I don't know why, but I'd never considered Thailand, and after watching your videos, that is obviously an error on my behalf. I've watched a lot of your videos and to be honest love 99% of the homes, condos and apartments you have shown. However, there is little in the way of two bedroom condos/apartments and I was wondering if you could do an episode on just two bedroom ones. I don't mind shoe boxes, but not a fan of match boxes 😂

You can not live in Thailand on a tour visa! you will be denied re-entry on the second run! Respect the immigration laws so we all can enjoy other countries hassle free.
