Their tests for marijuana are based on CBD (which is legal) resulting in hemp flower coming up dark violet. If it’s under 0.3% THC then you can’t go to jail . That’s the law and it was passed . And the court will not test a tiny amount at the lab that’s gonna cost them more money .

The test they use are called “nick” tests because they are so cheap and not reliable. They detect trace amounts of thc but also are know for false positives. In the state I live a man was charged with possession of meth for donut glaze. Cops are garbage.
