Ответитьwhat i dont get it imagine dropping a apple form the moving car, the person in the car would just see the apple fall in a straight line down, but someone standing beside the road would see the apple trace a slightly longer path that's diagonal (apple falling down due to gravity + forward motion of the car the apple is in).
Therefore, does the person in the car see the apple hit the ground first, since a straight line down to the ground is a shorter distance, before the person outside the car sees it hit the ground first??
Surely this cannot be the case as both people have to see the apple hit the ground at the same time and assuming that the acceleration of gravity treats the apple the same in both frames of reference so how can this problem be resolved??
The answer is -3m/s
ОтветитьWhat if I am in outer space and for the purpose of this example, there are no stars around me, let’s say I am trillions and trillions of light years into an area with no stars. I therefore have no reference. How do I know I am moving ? I think it is impossible to know. Motion becomes meaningless.
ОтветитьSo helpful
ОтветитьGreat explanation

ОтветитьThanks for sharing 👍 😊 😀 😅🎉🎉❤❤
ОтветитьOmg thank youuuuuu
ОтветитьBruh u didn't mention how if they go in different direction, one item is given a negative sign, and the other, a positive sign before actually solving both relative speed. And how it isn't necessary to do so if both objects were moving in the same direction.(Both carry positive, and the equation remains the same)
It's awfully summarised
Thank you 🎉
