30 years later and the intro music on these videos still makes me happy. These are so well done, and it's so cool to see them again. Thank you.

The f18 has an excellent combat record, it stopped an alien invasion all by itself 🤣

The F-A 18 is the YF-17 redesigned. So in a way both The YF-16 and YF-17 made it into production.

Kind of annoying to listen to someone constantly mispronounce St. Louis. But still a good video.

It's not really a huge feet to reach American basses from Russia we have air force and marine basses in Alaska and its only like 50 miles from Russia to Alaska across the barren straight. From little diamonds Island to big diamonds Island which is the little ones in America and the big ones in Russia in the winter time you can walk across there and an afternoon cuz it freezes solid

Its not the McDonnell Hornet. Its the McDonnell-Douglas hornet. The hornet came AFTER the merger.

The F-14 Tomcat might have been the Top Gun but the F-18 Legacy was the Blue Angel

i dont think the hornet is fly by electrical wire, I think its just a glass cockpit, the controls for the control surfaces are block and tackle

I like how that synth guitar kicks in whenever they're about to show the Hornet in flight. It's like the Jaws theme 😂
