World Bank's nonsense programs of poverty alleviation (where have they succeeded in the last 4 decades?), gender access, climate change is now brought with the digitalization program. They call this digital transformation. Such rubbish! Focus should be only on productivity and efficiency of the economy and it can be a distributive agenda.
