RTI Eco Master Disc Repair Service @ Computer Booter

My library has this machine.
My question is some they run for me come out brand new.
Others “look better” but tilting in light still have scratches all over.

What’s the reason? Is it the operator messing something up, or simple as some just need 2 cycles?

As I’m paying them just seeing if my expectation is too high or if it’s user error? For 22k new I’d think this thing can make even the worst scratched dvds look new..

Don’t want to insult library staff so doing research before I bring it up to them. If you can give any input I’d be thankful!

Hey I bought a game on eBay and this is what they actually used wow!

Eco Master is a bit overprised. 20k, but i got the whole time some shitty errors, like disc release error, water reycle error, grab position error, it's crazy. But it's a cool machine tho!

The ECO master here is insanely expensive! Great machine, but costs as much as a car.

RTI is the shit. It's all I swear by. Matt fixed my metroid prime trilogy with an RTI machine. Funny to see him with no beard in this.
