ОтветитьHi Jake
I come from work to see your channel .
We do not see the kids any more,, I fill you worry about what you have, you are doing great you got three wonderfully kids and family.
Have the wife and kids in the video.
So fun to see how your homestead is coming along thanks for vlogging today
ОтветитьI enjoy your family so much!
ОтветитьYou are our inspiration to build a raised bed and plant vegetables. We also are beginning to collect rainwater. We live in Vernon, CT and are 73 and 75 years old, 3 kids and have been married for 54 years. Please do not get rid of the yurt. You may find it useful in the future. It's so refreshing to see you all living your dream. When we were younger we had a dream also. Unfortunately we succumbed to the getting a job and then had kids and well life took us elsewhere. We have no regrets. We live vicariously through you and Nicole!! Great job you both are doing. Thanks for sharing with us. Peace ✌️
Ответитьare yall back for real
ОтветитьThe blessing is that you were able to conceive when so many cannot and for the babies and momma to be ok.
The early years are the best years! Although if they were older it might be easier. Try to allow yourselves both the time and grace to cherish each day and milestone with the true gift from God. (especially since you never even knew Nichole was having twins) God allowed you to be parents to the three of them for a reason. It is hard but trust me, when they are grown and busy with friends and living their best life. You will have plenty of time to reflect and I promise you, you will say, "I wish we could go back to when they were (X) age!"
It will get better, it just takes time.
I’m really done. The comments and Jake’s weird chats…. I really liked them at first but not now

Hi, not listening live... watching from Ireland 🇮🇪 love your channel xx
ОтветитьI'm from the upstate of South Carolina and I am 50 yrs old. I have 15 kids (2 biological) from ages 35-19 and at one point we had 10 children all under 8 yrs old. It does get somewhat more difficult the older they are because they develop their own personalities that don't necessarily mesh well with each other, and it is more expensive the older they get. However, it is a blessing to have the most children with the least amount of pregnancies. The older your children get the more you will recognize exactly how truly blessed you are.
ОтветитьI’m 53yrs old have been watching your videos for many yrs. I’m happy you’re taking it easy letting your back rest. I have a horrible back to a work injury and there are times I have to say nope it can wait for later!!!
ОтветитьI bet lots...
ОтветитьSound good, view good, from quebec, canada
ОтветитьYour children have grown so fast. I love your videos. We are all learning from you. You will always be different living off the grid. You will always be in top shape with what you lift and haul and do what you do will be different when you don't have what other people have. You can not keep up with the Jensons when you are doing life differently. You are there to do and make life different. Nichol has done so much with other ways of drying herbs and having children that is great for you but so different from what others do. Many of us can go to the store and buy what we need to make things work for us or I can go to the wall and turn on a switch for heat or light but you both have to think of different ways that work for you, your space, your money that is available to what you need. What exactly do you call off grid? I have watched many of your videos but I have to learn how to keep warm, make light, deal with power shortages, 2 weeks ago 😊our power was out for 11 hours so everything in my fridge and freezer went to the garbage so I have to be ready for next time what do I do. It is dangerous to keep petrol around for a generator. I use 3 power packs for power but I do have power at a switch or I can get in my car and go to a store but now inflation is so high and I am a senior at 77 and live on. a guaranteed but minimal income so can't take chances like you can.😊 That is how we learn. Being off grid like you are is going to be very tricky for your children. If they get hurt or sick what will you do. Hop in your vehicle to go to a health center, are you really off grid?
Ответитьyes can see and hear you, from Durango, Colorado , 69yrs old, Chinese Wood Goat. What are you?

ОтветитьI'll take the yurt!!!!! 😮😮😮😮

ОтветитьHi Jake and Nicole, you mentioned you don't read the comments. Understandably.
Especially when there's so many.
Just wanted to say that I had similar age kids and yes twins. You are wearing a lot of hats. And probably it'll get easier in some ways and harder in others. I also taught sciences high school then Japanese in BC and New Zealand. But Kindergarten, which I taught for 15 years in North Vancouver, THAT was the biggest challenge. Try 20 kids, 1/3 come from Iran, Korea, or wherever, no English, just arrived to Canada, usually 1-2 kids have autism, often undiagnosed, so you're starting from square one, explaining to parents. Oh wait, 40 parents who think they know everything.
twins and another child, that's a breeze.
Definitely I can hear you and I'm from the UK and 58 year's old and a Capricorn
ОтветитьWell I’m a soon to be 85 yr old lady …..is that old enough for me to be eligible to talk with you ❤️😉
Been watching you guys for a long time.
I've watched yall for a while and I think you look so much like Ryan Reynolds
ОтветитьIt is hard to keep motivated, but the world helps set your priorities, as in weather dictates what should be done or has to be done, or what nicolle and the kids need the most , etc.
Most of the time if you ask yourself deeply, why you put off a certain project, it is often missing the next step, not being convinced of how to do something! Easiest way around that is to get help or pay for help to get it done. Mind you most will not apply as much tender loving care to it as you would! LOL!
KEEP THE YURT WITH BASIC UPKEEP! It is great to have a backup place when you're in da woods, just in case!
It is also a beautiful idea to stage and set up projects in advance, especially when its raining, etc.
Above all, anything safety or security comes first, and you can also wander from one project to the next, completing a little here, a little there...
Y’all’s green house looks great! Looking forward to seeing y’all’s harvest. Will y’all do a day in the life harvest video?
ОтветитьEnjoy yr freedom whilst still young. Most of us are tied to jobs trying to survive in the concrete jungle. 😅
ОтветитьSaya dari Indonesia ,saya sering melihat vidio2 anda, sangat inspiratif, suami istri yang luar bisa ,pekerja keras.❤
ОтветитьJake I think most subscribers are here because of NICOLLE & yourself & now the boys, yet when you talk its mostly about yourself (unless Nicolles right there). Just an ongoing observation.
