Here's my review of the new Meta Quest 3S. Are you interested in this headset?

I have a Quest 2 that I bought for myself. Is it worth it for me to sell it and get one of these?

I just got back into vr and I didn't realize just how obsolete my og quest is. I've watched a few vids to get some ideas on what vr I should upgrade to and they only talk about if you should upgrade from the quest 2 but I'm still on quest 1 lol

Are the lenses a big difference from the meta quest 3

I'm going to wait to upgrade my quest 2. When they come out with a ridiculously light (not heavy headset), then I will invest in a new one.

If so, I'll buy the Quest3S, as I can continue to use my corrective lenses from the Quest2 and it's cheaper, as I think a Quest4 could come out next year, as we know from Meta. And for PC VR, I want to continue using my Pico4 and PSVR2.

$299 for the Quest 3S is a great price, incredible value and excellent for people new to VR. Standardising the XR2 Gen2 Chipset and the Controllers is so smart, Game & App devs know exactly what they're working with now for the next 5 years. My hope though is that a year from now Meta comes out and offers the Quest 3S for $199. $199 is 'JUST' within the 'Special but Affordable' Christmas or Birthday present from Family. That price would MASSIVELY increase the number of VR users. It would start the next evolution of VR.

I was realy interested until you mentioned you can't plug in headphones. I guess Meta decided to be "brave" and piss off the crowds. Well, gonna stay with Quest 2 then.

I’d say Quest 2 is alot more comfortable and has way better audio but everything else, the Quest 3S is alot better.

Bought my Quest 3 on oct. 12th and receiving it on the 17th. REALLY excited to try out the new Batman game and watch a movie in a cinema! Thanks to your videos, I never knew before that the quest 3 was comparable to Apple Vision Pro at a lower scale of course. Just don’t have the money to buy a Vision Pro.

Quest 3 is $499...so $200 more expensive. BUT it has 3x the storage, higher resolution screen and better optics. Considering the 256GB 3s is $399 it kinda makes sense to just get the 3 now.

If it does not have depth sensor then how does it compare to Quest 3 with depth sensor ?

i only have wifi 5 router, but i use ethernet, so basically nothing disturbes the wifi, so am i good with using that for airlink?
