"Lido’s Dual Governance proposal: case study in incentive engineering" (Vasiliy Shapovalov, Lido)

Abstract:
Lido is working on making its governance more aligned with protocol users. This is a very complex topic, and, for a protocol with $8b in TVL, making the right design is very important. I will lay out the goals of this work, identify constraints and design space we are exploring, and explain the current state of this work.
