Thanks!
Well, they are paid by CCP.
Thanks for speaking for China, our crime rate is definitely lower than all the western countries and I now only choose to travel to China for my holidays to explore my motherland. One comment is travel more to our museum that was so great witn vast numbers of collections. It helps u to lear more about our cutlural history and the beauty if our crafts and arts
Welcome to Chongqing, China. This video is located in the Yubei West District of Chongqing and even walked downstairs. I was a bit excited to see it. Did you have fun in China? I hope to come to Chongqing again next time and treat you to hotpot!❤❤❤
Western media always pose negative views to China which is pretty inaccurate, so many Westerners are being misled
I am genuinely glad that u guys experience everything yourself
Excellent video. You hit on some very important points about visiting China. I'm sharing it to friends. Thx.
Thanks Naomi so much for saying their normality is not necessarily your normality. I've lived in Germany for more than 10yrs now. It still gets me when my children be told about credit systems, everybody be überwachtet or about xinjiang in the school from their friends and I cant help them becuz I've got no idea what the others are talking about, sometimes sounds like a parallel Universe. I've told no germen how shocked i was when i started my life here and realize every policeman carries a pistol, not small one like in movie, looks rather bulky to me. I felt soooooooo unsafe. In China you see only SWAT with weapon and that means sth serious is coming up, you'd like get little bit away with. But in Germany I thought, ok, thats the way germen handle their security. Even the policemen came to primary school talked about traffic rules are with pistols which my boys of course thrilled (struggling feeling, not sure if thats good or bad). Anyway, China is far more than perfect, healthy critics is essential to help China progress. Thank you guys so much for doing this. Vielen lieben Dank
The extent to which American, Australian, British, Canadian and Indian media slander - and lie about - China is mind-boggling. The vlogger said it happens on “both sides.” With all due respect, Chinese media reports objectively on the western countries and India and does not embellish or lie about widespread crimes that occur regularly in the US.
Thanks for sharing!! Great insight! We fly to China from Britain every day and I personally go every couple of weeks. I'm m57 and have been very lucky to have travelled extensively with my job and I don't say this lightly but with some degree of experience - It is one of the most beautiful countries in the world in my opinion. The infrastructure works and whilst you can't please all of the people all of the time, the government are proactive and provide so much to the people - I'm from britain (with a 'b'). The government in China have an incredibly broad view with 50 and 100 year plans and you can see this every time you visit. Yes, the people work hard, but everything is taken care of from education to health care, from huge green areas in cities to world class sports facilities.....paid for or subsidised hugely by this 'oppressive' government. As you say, you have to go there, meet the people, experience the wide and varied culture, history, arts and geography to appreciate. Personally, I don't blame them if they did want to keep it to themselves! It feels like stepping back in time about 50 years when I return to britain. And, yes, the people are noticeably miserable at home and there is a massive air of calm when I go there! Yes, if I could have taken my whole family there twenty years ago, I probably would have given it a go. I am lucky and feel very fortunate to be able to spend time there in various places with the locals. I love it there and am planning on taking my family next winter for a visit. Safe travels guys and thanks for taking the time to share!
China looks wonderful. I've always wanted to go.
Safe? haha, you can ask the local people. Even their children are in high schools or colleges, the parents still want to drive the children to the school gates every morning.
It's just the govt banning all bad news. But the locals know the truth.
As a Malaysian 3rd generation Chinese who was working in Shanghai and Beijing since 2011 to 2019, and currently based in HongKong. I had been to the most dispute area like Xinjiang and Tibet that western politicians always discuss. I also visited Taiwan and most of the places in China whether in rular area or modern cities. In addition, i visited certain countries that related to intervention of western power, such as North Korea, Israel, Palestinine, Russia, Georgia, Armenia, Turkey, Bosnia and Iran . I was graduated with my finance bachelor degree in UK before i was started my first employment in China. Travelled to most of the western and eastern europe countries too. Until this moment i had visited 50 countries except USA or north and south america. However, what i wanna emphasize that i realized that western politicians and media are brainwashing the its own citizens and the rest of the world with many incorrect information and interperate many misperception in terms of human rights, freedom of speech, religion and etc. Western gov just try to create more tension in order to compete with its enemy in various way. In result, it definitely harm the general public who are willing sacrasfied for the country. I never say that China is the most perfect in general, because i know their culture and language well as an overseas chinese descendant for decades. In ccp system and chinese gov, their politicians also made a lot mistakes and fraud decisions throughout the decades when they execute and plan for something change. But actually none of western business, isn't it? Western also got a lot internal issues, why would intervent with other countries internal affairs so much? All of us are human, we wont be perfect, but the culture and social value are definitely are different with western even the lifestyle, religion, food and etc. Hence I think human should work together more in order to compromise a same goal with mission and core value. but not to hurt each other.
The credit score is only for people who owe money. If you owe money to the bank, you will be marked as a "person with low credit". You won't be able to use the public transport system as a punishment. But it just shows China's kindness. We won't put people who owe money in prison. It just caused a little inconvenience to his life and stimulated him to pay back the money. There is no such thing as a credit score for others. If everyone is afraid of credit, who will risk crime by using vpn? It's ridiculous that people believe in this thing. If you think about it carefully, you will know that this must be fake news. It's just a fabrication by western media.
Ответитьwest an American treat other asian as backward now whos a backward country still nothing had changed in west drugs n guns kill humans daily this what education teach u lol
Thank you for endorsing China. This requires courage. You are honest and kind people. I hope the Western media will not attack you viciously.
As a Chinese
I think 98 %of the anti Chinese must be the lower class people
We're really not that touchy or defensive when you say Chongqing is 500 times safer than any American city. That's great. Also, American immigration is tougher because of the number of people who come to America on a tourist Visa with no intention of leaving. If you want to see how many, walk into a busy Chinese restaurant in America and stick your head in the kitchen and yell 'ICE!' (Immigration Control Enforcement) and count the number of runners! (Just kidding...). I've spent a decent amount of time in China and I agree it is very safe!
Anyone, who thinks A Government of Any Type can control or brainwash a population 1.4 + Billion people, are themselves easy to manipulate by others. Like, a lot of these folks are not the same unsophisticated farming folk who can't think for themselves anymore...
Love your guys. Chinese in US over 33 years
So they just arrive in China and now they're the experts? That's a case of 走馬看花. I studied Mandarin in China, and went back a few times since. I found China to be fairly safe overall. However, American adults, and Japanese kids have been getting attacked and killed in China recently. China has a serious problem with poor, disaffected people attacking school children with knives. There is also growing anti-foreigner sentiment in China. There were a few times in China when local men gave me and my girlfriend a hard time, they don't like to see Chinese women with Western men. You still have to be careful in China.
Ответитьevery few months some foreigners got stab in China , not all survived. stay safe in China. Americans and Japanese
Several people said that "China is not particularly safe, there will be exceptions, and I hope you take care". These people are all Chinese. They are worried about your accident here, so don't take it too seriously. This is just a kind of modesty,In China, there is a tradition of "telling you the bad things that may happen first", which can also be said as "saying ugly things first"
Why…they want to spoil China..it’s safe and what a place to come…hope one day we meet in China and travel together ❤❤❤
I don’t take anyone’s opinion about China seriously unless they’ve been there. I’ve been there 6 times, and *yet I don’t even have the best info b/c last time was in 2011.
Currently, racism has become a social problem in China, and it is not a safe country for foreigners, especially for Americans and Japanese.
China may be safe for walking around, but it is dangerous when it comes to freedom of speech and hygiene issues.
I am Shanghainess, what surprised me was you choose the cities of Chongqing and Chengdu are most local residents, due to it nearly in the landlocked of China, thats not western style like Shanghai / Beijing / Guangzhou (especially Shanghai, Shanghai has the most western life style in China, thats easy mode when foreigners choose their first stage, Chengdu and Chongqin i believe are hard mode for you, thats challeage but they can bring you more traditional feelings from chinese people), on the overhands, these two cities are much more traditional chinese cities which can map most other cities in China, welcome to CN and I hope you can have a nice trip feeling~~:)
So it's a fact that there is no hate campaign/proganda against the west for the Chinese people. They really don't care what other people think.
The best way is go to a decent country that actually welcomes visitors instead.
Fantastic 👍🏿
As a Chinese international student in the EU, I learned about what is called the "social credit system" for the first time from a Brazilian immigrant. I responded, "Of course there is a social credit system, if you don't pay your credit card bill, you'll get some negative record on your social credit score." The Brazilian (or maybe already European) guy appeared shocked, saying: "I was thinking about Mao's Little Red Book and the book 1984." To be honest, I'm astonished at how little "Westerners" know about modern China....
I'm glad you told the truth. The blogger is not biased towards anyone, he is just telling the facts.
I worked in U.S. 2018, and an American guy asked me that do you guys use smartphone in China? Seriously, I was shocked when I heard that
China is safe and a great place to live. Congratulations on enjoying such a stable and secure environment!
These are the most respectable people, because they decided to go to China with all the scary information in their mind. Also the VISA free is a good move, not using any medias to promote, but to let people with open minds to come see for themselves, it's nice.
Ladies and gentlemen, I have never met you before. Why should I be your enemy?
We are all very aware that war always brings sacrifices. Don't the Chinese want a happy life?
I really don't know what the Western media said to you, I've never seen you before. I don't understand why we should become enemies.
Thank you for your video. I feel much better now!
As a Chinese, thank you so much for those comments.
