Revealed: The Best School District In Austin, TX

Welcome to my channel, I’m Nick your favorite Austin TX realtor and in today’s video, I’m going to reveal the best public school district in Austin and maybe even all of Texas.

The school district I’m referring to is Eanes ISD.

First, full disclosure this video regarding the best school district in Austin is based on facts and statistics provided by 2 of the go to websites for grading schools and districts.
This video is totally objective and not based on my opinions. Ok, now that I’ve somewhat attempted to cover my butt…

Let’s look at why Eanes school district is the best school district in Austin, TX and what neighborhoods you should look into if you’d like to get into Eanes.

Because let’s be honest if you’re interested in the best school districts you want to live in the neighborhoods that they are zoned for, right?

They are many incredible neighborhoods and beautiful homes in the Eanes school district and I’ll show a few options at the end of this video.

Since so many people with kids (or who eventually want kids) are moving to Austin, I thought you’d want to learn about what many websites report to be the best school district.

According to Niche.com, Eanes is the #1 school district in Austin.

The Eanes district is comprised of about 8,000 students, 1100 teachers with…

6 Elementaries

Bridge Point
Cedar Creek
Forest Trail
Valley View
Eanes
Barton Creek

2 Middle Schools

Westridge
Hill Country

And 1 High School

Westlake High School

There are pre-school options as well!

All nine schools are rated Exemplary - the highest designation possible

There are 2 zip codes (78746 and 78733) that are zoned for Eanes.

Some notable neighborhoods are:

West Lake Hills
Rollingwood
Lost Creek
Austin Lake Hills and Estates
And Rob Roy

Prices for single family homes range from about $500,000 to $10,000,000+. The combination of central Austin location, excellent schools, scenic terrain, and sense of community make Westlake a very sought after area.

If you want to be on the water, Lake Austin, be prepared to pay at a minimum 4 Million.

To wrap things up…

I have 3 small kids and we live in a neighborhood zoned for Eanes and my wife and I love
it for all of the reasons listed above and more.

So, while I can’t TELL you specifically what schools district you SHOULD be in, I did my best to provide you with an objective, fact based video.
