Shoot at low fps. 14fps will be ok. Then convert in studio with speed up setting, speed up to normal 24fps at example. Use frame bland 5-10 deep to smooth picture, it make good smooth speed effect. like this.It reduces flickering in traditional foto method. /watch?v=sJu3m0tVvVw

My gopro studio genius takes the video....speeds it up to 2X in edit...then when i try to bring it back down to normal speed....it removes the audio....they should have send the software to be outsourced in india if they wanted to make a good product
