Great livery. Hope they do well.
ОтветитьTo make the 757 look new again they painted the Airbus shades on it.
ОтветитьVery exciting & excellent video! Great work!
ОтветитьWhy are the cockpit windows surrounded with a gray color?
ОтветитьAre we going to be seeing some cabin shots? If I go by this look, I’m hoping for something very special. 🤞👍
ОтветитьThat Boeing 757 is a beauty!
ОтветитьI'm a former Alaskan and remember reading about the idea for Northern Pacific Airways a couple years ago. I thought it was a nutty idea, although I'd love to fly between California, where I now live, and Asia with a stop off in Alaska for a few days. Glad to see it's progressing.
ОтветитьHmm, it starts to be clear ... to me, anyway 😏 ... what was one of the strategic goals of this pan de mic: to push down ... into near bankruptcy ... the big european & asian airlines ... and take over their routes & slots. 😐
ОтветитьHow long will this one-trick pony survive ?
ОтветитьNice to see a 757 again but its nearly 30 years old with a new paint job - cant be very efficient to operate or good for the environment. Guess it will be cheap to buy/lease which might be reflected in the fares.
ОтветитьReally beautiful looking livery on the 757! That livery makes it look like an A320/321neo! But can their 757s make it as far as Hong Kong and some parts of Southeast Asia such as Singapore and Manila as long as they make a stopover at an East Asian destination? Also, this is the first time I've seen an aviation video from you without speech!
ОтветитьI like the livery with the exception of the ‘mask’.
ОтветитьIn other news, the FAA has cleared 62% of commercial aircraft to operate near 5g airports, but the A220, and 787 haven't been put on the list of aircraft cleared to land in 5g zones, as Tim Clark goes off over the situation
ОтветитьMan this is amazing can’t wait for this airline’s inaugural to JFK
ОтветитьGorgeous aircraft no need to “airbus” it the 757 is legend
ОтветитьMaybe the Northern Pacific livery resembles a killer whales eyes? The whale’s eyes are in the black but the white oval back of the eyes could be the top of the aircraft.... or maybe it’s just a raccoon as you say.
ОтветитьNext time I head up to Alaska I will for sure try to book with them.
ОтветитьSo happy you got it make it to the event DJ.
ОтветитьIt’s even fascinating this airline will be operating 757s, I hope they take care of them and bring us to great places moving forward! 😊
ОтветитьHope I get to ride this airline, and 757 soon one day
ОтветитьI'm watching A Video Topic on Northern Pacific Airways being introduce in Service in The American Market I hope to see this New Low Cost Carrier become successfull in The Aviation Industry 100% without fail Nice Awesome Video DJ's Aviation keep going man!!!!!
ОтветитьThe name sounds like two toilet papers…
ОтветитьAirbus 757
ОтветитьThe livery looks pretty stunning
ОтветитьI’ve always loved the look of the 757, and I really like it in NPs livery. It’ll be interesting to see where this airline goes... as always great video DJ
ОтветитьI'm so glad they chose the beautiful 757 for their upstart! Looking forward to seeing that stunning livery in the skies and trying them out soon! The video with the amazing music brought chills!
ОтветитьI wish them nothing but success!!!
ОтветитьThis 757 looks like a brand new plane!
ОтветитьI want the airline to succeed, but I see a huge mistake in serving LA, SF, NYC (which all have dozens of affordable daily nonstop flights to *all 3* Asian cities NP will serve), *prior to* serving very large cities that have 0 flights to ANY of those 3 cities in Asia. For example, Washington DC, Miami, Philadelphia, and Austin do not have flights to anywhere in East Asia. He did mention Orlando and Vegas 👍👍, but trying to get market share in LA, SF, NY, without feeding any flights to smaller Asian cities from ANC, shows a bit of management naïveté that would have me concerned as an investor… Also, the lack of even a small handful of lie-flat business class seats is a big mistake, and I hope they realize this quickly…. The 757 is the perfect plane to start with, but in the future, I hope to see the airline move into widebodies after developing the larger cities, and use the narrowbodies (757’s/A220’s) to open even smaller cities, including every major Chinese city. Widebodies (777/787/A330n) will bring much lower per-seat costs, and they should have no problem filling them in the larger markets. Heck, they can buy 777-200ER’s from Singapore Airlines for even less than they paid for these 757’s!
ОтветитьHope that they changed the engine's on them to burn less fuel
ОтветитьCool looking paint scheme 😎
ОтветитьN627NP - Ex-AA.
ОтветитьHopefully they fly to Edmonton and other Canadian routes. Love to go to Alaska
Ответитьthe airline could seriously do with a fleet of 18 refurbished B767-400 ER (ex-Delta) & 56 brand new A321-200 Neo LR . . .
ОтветитьWhy not DC3 or Dassault Mercure?
ОтветитьI never thought there would be a 757-A321neo crossover 😭
ОтветитьOh my gosh, this is beautiful! They sure made a great choice with the 757.
ОтветитьI just wished Boeing didn’t stop producing the 757s
ОтветитьNice 👍👍👍
ОтветитьGlad to see they went with the mighty Rolls-Royce RB211-535E4 engines … the perfect airframe/engine pairing!
ОтветитьLooks nice but what happened to Seattle based Alaska Airlines?
ОтветитьRob got Ravn Alaska restarted again successfully, and definitely knows how to run an airline, he admires Icelandair and that's a good start with 757s.
ОтветитьI wish i was there to see that
ОтветитьDidn't realize Boeing still manufactures 757 series!
Ответитьcongrats on your first media event!! appreciate everything you do!!
ОтветитьIf there is an aviation God, Boeing will make newer versions of the 757 again. Its just an elegant beast!!
ОтветитьWhat a sleek design!
ОтветитьThis scheme fits the 757 perfectly!!! Simply awesome!!!
ОтветитьBoeing want to be a Airbus? That blask mask is not a Boeing!
ОтветитьThis shows that liveries don’t have to be extravagant, just bold!
Ответить
