This is one of the best so far. Not only is the layout very intelligent, providing space for each function without being cramped, but the actual renovation is beautiful.

This is not really a small apartment, I’d say it’s average for two adults, but it’s so beautiful ❤

I love it. It needs some baskets for the shoes though as shoes + kitchen feels icky. But that is a simple easy fix. It could use a wall mounted headboard too.

I would certainly not call this a small space, but it is lovely and there are many great design decisions on display. How wonderful to have such height to work with, and balconies on both sides of the apartment! Love the tile work and exposed ceilings too

For central Barcelona, 60sqm is actually a pretty good size for 2 people. There are plenty of apartments in neighborhoods like Barceloneta and Raval which are 35-45sqm and have whole families living in them.

LOL, I just love how with these designers and architechts, there's even a whole aesthetic to narrating the living space. Everyone speaks in a very calm, measured and uniform delivery - no matter the mother tongue. Hilarious.

can't help but notice the lack of TVs in so many apartments in Europe. While in the U.S. people are buying 80" TVs! LOL

I love how respectful they were of the original building, making it functional for modern life while keeping all its character. In return they get an unique apartment that you can't find anywhere else.

I don't know why but I'm really disturbed by the kitchen being directly in the entryway. Feels like bad feng shui but can't explain why exactly
