FRAY AT HALFWAY - Nottingham Forest’s season so far & January transfer window

I hope Forest can continue where we left off before the world cup break, and that we aren't starting from square one again.

I think another huge difference from when we were last in the PL is the strength in depth of the teams who often now have 20+ top quality players. At Man City De Bruyne came on as a sub for Haaland and Grealish wasnt even on the bench!

Disagree with Colin's comments about having the ball. Last season, on many occasions we played with very limited amounts of posession and totally destroyed teams because were very content to let them have the ball and then went on the destroy them with swift incisive counter attacks. Swansea 5 - 1 at home being the best example. We had 30% possession that game and ended with 26 shots on goal (15 on target) and it could have been 9 - 1 by half time.

Listening to this for about the fifth time two of my all time favorites this should be weekly please

Totally agree with Colin on the summer transfer issue. 2 players in the Spurs squad worth more than our entire spend. That didn't get picked up by the media because that wasn't the headline they wanted to push. But we knew the truth.

Yeh they've given themselves every chance in staying up. Not lost touch with the others. They're far more solid and harder to beat. Got some really tough games coming up now, so it'll be real challenge.

Scarpa!! best signing in the premier league. By the end of this season everyone will see it. Our defence has to play deep or they will fall over their Zimmer frames.

Humility, great knowledge of the game, passionate and honest. Used to love listening to these two who were without doubt the best in the country. Chippers is a great listener and doesn’t feel he needs to interrupt and Colin is a master of his trade. We should never take these two for granted.
