I became a non-believer when my father died on Haiyan Typhoon way back 2014. But when I met my girlfriend last 2022, I tried to bring myself back to Jesus. However, due to my bad habits like drinking, fooling with other girls, etc., I wasn't able to fully immerse myself to Him and grow my faith. But when my girlfriend left me last October 2024, I was devastated that time. I was helpless until I developed anxiety because of our breakup. My world crashed down as she was my life. I have nowhere to run to until I remember Him. Our Lord God gave me refuge that I need that time. Even though til now, I'm still hurting, but He gave me comfort. He is helping me to stand up again. I decided that I will pursue her again and will make Him the center of our relationship if given the chance. Whether my efforts will be rewarded or not, my faith on Him will not waver unlike before. And now, another challenge was given to me and to my family, but this time, I trust Him and His plan for us. I pray to You, oh Lord, to give us strength in our daily lives. As no one can ever help us aside from You, our Father. I know you will never leave us as Your love to us is always been warm eversince. Whether in pain or joy, we will rejoice Your Name, God Almighty. Amen.
