Very nice, but do the neighbours enjoy the nightclub as much as you do? I mean they are just a few meters away, 1500sqm are a very small plot, and the houses around are pretty close!

Have the government changed the law on land leases guaranteeing owners can extend the lease without land owners ripping people off and forcing them to sell, as we all know foreigners can’t own land but that’s not a problem if guarantees are put in place. One guy I know had a smart idea he bought the property in his name and at the same time bought the land using a Thai company he owned, I’m now looking into this because this gives you total control and is just as good as actually owning the land without any fear of being forced to sell.

I'm always impressed by the attention to detail in design in places like Thailand. The wallpapers, moldings, inlays, decorative wall accents, custom alcoves, trims. etc. I feel like even in the most expensive homes in the states, you'll mostly find a lot of plain white walls.
