I try Very Hard Not to do resolutions or make organized promises. I have been trying to just live/stay in the present and not wonder off into thoughts. I've learned, for Me, there's a lot of Stress and Anxiety in the past and future. Peace is in the Present/Now.🌬🤍

Love it! Same less phone time. Especially at bedtime. I set my phone at do not disturb, which had helped a whole let. Also, I'm not just buying stuff. 2025, accumulate less. Only spend money on needs and what brings me joy.
