ОтветитьSKILLZ...
ОтветитьYou really seem to be laid back and enjoy what you do. Keep up the good work and may God bless you and your family.
ОтветитьThe Polaris front diffs are made by Hilliard, and when you buy a new unit from them they recommend to run John Deere hy-gard. Plus you can get a gallon for the same price as a quart of demand drive fluid.
ОтветитьOh yeah remember back that one you tried and tried get rear cv shaft but you finally got it out. Another great video
ОтветитьThat's Gona be a hefty Bill
ОтветитьWhy so many pastic Bushings
Why not Rubber?
How many actual hours did you spend fixing this one

ОтветитьAlright you have some used parts around. Good video
ОтветитьDidn’t blow your shoulder out on this one 😂
ОтветитьSo I have a sacrificial socket set, Cheap harbor freight stuff. When I come across a stripped bolt, nut ect, I just tack weld a socket onto it. It works great
ОтветитьWhat did this cost to the customer parts & labor... I gonna have to do this to my 04 700 .. So I can get an idea what to expect. Great video.
ОтветитьSurprise me this morning. I'm doing the same job😅. Watched the video having breakfast. Building up ambition.
ОтветитьGreat instructional video
ОтветитьLooks like an $800.00 job to me which includes the parts you supplied.
ОтветитьFantastic video, thanks a bunch for posting this up!!
ОтветитьThey make extractor bits that go inside instead of over top. Fyi.
ОтветитьI hope you're getting paid well for the work!

ОтветитьK&N filter clean and re oil and put back in?
ОтветитьAre those red an arms aftermarket or stock?
ОтветитьNow thats content my guy
ОтветитьRock, like I always tell people when working on their own machines. When draining the rear differential/front differential fluid. Always make sure that your bolt you use to fill the differential comes off first before you drain. If it doesn’t, your up a creek without a paddle
ОтветитьGreat video Rock !!
ОтветитьArkansas Waven
ОтветитьI got a 2001polaris 4x4 500ho what fluid do I use in the transmission and front diff and back diff
ОтветитьMan did you go to school to learn all this? I know some guys that are pretty good that more less taught themselves but you seems to know exactly what you are doing for sure
ОтветитьGreat video but you need to get a lift it would make your life easier but great video thanks
Ответить2700 miles?! Must've been towing, mudding, or plowing or all of the above!
ОтветитьNice video but have a question I have the exact same bike year color and everything but when I get on the throttle a lot it will cut off but will start right back up could that be a fuel pump or injector problem!
ОтветитьWhen you replaced the one-way bearing on the primary clutch, what brand/model is the impact and torque wrench?
ОтветитьThis reminds me of every Polaris I see, basically everything is loose and sloppy with low miles.
ОтветитьHowdy rock glad to see a video have a great night
ОтветитьA ton of maticulous work. Another happy customer. Hopefully you charged to reflect your time and labor
ОтветитьGod bless the hydraulic press for replacing wheel bearings!
