The Polaris front diffs are made by Hilliard, and when you buy a new unit from them they recommend to run John Deere hy-gard. Plus you can get a gallon for the same price as a quart of demand drive fluid.

Oh yeah remember back that one you tried and tried get rear cv shaft but you finally got it out. Another great video

So I have a sacrificial socket set, Cheap harbor freight stuff. When I come across a stripped bolt, nut ect, I just tack weld a socket onto it. It works great

What did this cost to the customer parts & labor... I gonna have to do this to my 04 700 .. So I can get an idea what to expect. Great video.

What air compressor do you have

K&N filter clean and re oil and put back in?

Are those red an arms aftermarket or stock?

Rock, like I always tell people when working on their own machines. When draining the rear differential/front differential fluid. Always make sure that your bolt you use to fill the differential comes off first before you drain. If it doesn’t, your up a creek without a paddle

Nice video but have a question I have the exact same bike year color and everything but when I get on the throttle a lot it will cut off but will start right back up could that be a fuel pump or injector problem!

When you replaced the one-way bearing on the primary clutch, what brand/model is the impact and torque wrench?

This reminds me of every Polaris I see, basically everything is loose and sloppy with low miles.
