I watched this video before using this exact pasta maker and I'm surprised how well and easily it all worked out. Usually on my first attempt at things, I royally f&*k them up... much like my parents did with their first child... but this was smooth & easy.
By the way, I'm an only child.

I have an older model without the cutter. So when I cut by hand, I do so as quick as I can, yet the end get# squoooshed .
Anyone know if this is function of dough being too wet? Too warm. I have set in fridge for 2 hours th en make pasta.

With much trial and error I quickly learned that
1. dough that is too wet gets everywhere (oozes into places)
2. Second set of hands helps to feed and cut while a helper cranks
3. Highly addictive …. Seriously … if your thinking about keto … forget it …. Fresh homemade pasta is a part of life

It looks like cold dough is used. If you make it fresh or let it warm up I think it would work a lot better and faster.
