ОтветитьThe tip of replacing cooked meat with uncooked meat as well as placing the cooked meat on a rack in the oven and resting the floured meat for a few minutes are all tips new to me. They make sense though. 😊

ОтветитьJust saying, use two sets of tongs, one to flip and remove steaks and a separate one to grab the raw steaks on their way to the fry pan.
