Can’t Open Windows Security on Windows 11 [Solution]

i got access is denied from the command promt, what do i do?

Pops up with an error message window titled sfc.exe - Bad Image

still nothing. It's stuck in a white window with the blue shield in the middle and won't go any further. After like half a minute it closes itself. :(

the command for powershell does not work

I believe my issue is caused by a corrupted file: \\?\C:\Windows\System32\SecurityHealth\-\SecurityHealthSSO.dll

Bad image error

But I have no idee how to resolve this

I followed every step correctly & mine still wont start up.. 🤦‍♀️ I’m not sure where to go from here now.

i clicked reset and now i cant find it in the settings and still cant get it to open

Running the "sfc" command prompt reported some errors were fixed. Windows security started working again after the reboot.

am currently using windows 10.
just updated it today.
but Reset-AppxPackage is not recognized in powershell
also I can only see open option for windows security, not app setting option :(
