Thinking about this, I've discovered that I've been telling recruiters and hiring managers that I don't like the tedious and mundane parts of my job and that's the reason why i'm looking for something new. That's not what I'm saying, but after some self-reflection that's likely how it's sounding/coming across.
Growth comes in waves, and there are always lulls in those waves. These are good for many reasons, it's a chance to reflect on what went right and what went wrong, to learn from our mistakes and have space provided to return to them and fix them, and, probably most importantly, to rest and regroup so that we can easily tackle the next challenge without feeling overworked or panic-rushed. I'm not adverse to those lulls; I am adverse to the stopping of them altogether, though.
Hi. Really like your videos and have implemented many techniques in interviews. Do you think it’s okay to mention that the company culture changed at your current company to where it doesn’t feel like a positive place? Or is that too negative?
ОтветитьThanks for all your videos. I currently going to be moving across the country and am selling my company in my current state and am going to be looking for a new job. I've been watching all your videos seeing how I've been self employed for the last 13 years. Thanks again
