Yall omg this was actually pretty hard. I’m overweight and out of shape so that might be part of it but I’m so excited to start doing Pilates videos everyday!!! Im going to do beginner friendly, and this is the first account I’ve found that I actually like! Tysm!!!

day2 : did it completely except shoulder taps cuz I'm bit heavy for that. the burn hasn't set in yet but I'm sure I'll feel it through the day. Will be back tomorrow hopefully!
edit : i was away cuz exams. Lets begin again!
27/9 : arms burned but i pushed through with breaks in between
- did it in the evening again. Except last one. my arms are gonna come off.
28/9 : first morning session. Arms hurt but i was able to push myself.
- second session at midnight. Now i know the upcoming exercises and able to push myself. Added my own different exercise in place of the last one. See myself tomorrow!
30/9 : midnight : ✅️
1/10 : midnight : ✅️

Throughout this was so great to have a goal for the day, even if it was for 5 minutes. My arms feel strong, and as I’ve been doing a lot of plank exercises with Chloe Ting, I’m finding that my arms don’t feel tired/heavy but instead light when I do up up down downs. I also feel like they’ve toned up ever so slightly as well. Thanks, Lidia! For the month of September I’m going to find another 5 minute arms video to keep up with, but this will be in my rotation for sure!!!
you know that when you workout to make yourself feel better and not just for a better body, you automatically gain confidence and feel better about yourself :)) thats when the aesthetics of your body actually comes !!

I did this for 2 times a day. Smetimes I was not able to do 2 times a day cuz got lazy 😂

Ответитьtoday I realised that your workouts make feel happier and grateful for myself, music is not too loud, it’s light and calming, everything is mindful, every movement is controlled, itʼs not too fast or hitting, and after your workout (even this short), i feel proud of myself, i believe in myself and i encourage myself. no more hating, despair, offence to myself. it turns out to be a fancy engagement to me, not a punishment for my body. hope these workouts will help me to get my body toned and gain mobility, especially with almost 1 year gap, but i’m truly thankful for this kind of involvement that gives me a positive attitude towards myself ❤

ОтветитьFinally found a Pilates class I love! I like the music you choose—pleasing, light, not too fast or too loud. I don't like loud music that makes my heart race and makes me feel unwell. Your channel is just what I need! I hope I can sculpt a fine figure doing this. Thank you!
