Nonprofit Board Governance

Hi, it’s Ayda and I’m here to talk about one of my favorite topics which is nonprofit board governance. All too many times I’ve seen board members feeling frustrated or staff feeling frustrated because the roles and responsibilities between board members and staff and how they should interact with each other hasn’t been made clear. So, what you really need to do is have in place what I call various board policies. That includes how the board should operate, it includes board/staff interaction, board attendance policies and board giving policies.
