I am finding your stretches give me some relief in helping my ear open up and not feel so much pressure and definately less ear achiness through out the day. I have been getting super dizzy, tight in the neck and a band like feeling on my forehead/face/jaw the last 6+ week.
I have been following this video for the last week or so every day (plus some neck strengthening exercises), and the last few days, it's finally starting to al go away, yayayayayay, thank you so much!
Will give your hip stretches a go next! Bloody desk jobs!
