I'll tell you why she didn't mention the security guard's name. He can sue. If you file a case in court, no one can sue you for your filing and claim libel or slander. Mentioning someone in a lawsuit by name in a press conference, as related to your filing, may trigger their right to sue you...for libel or slander - hence why she may have been guarded here.

Let me tell you how you can report a story legally, and fully so. This is something that I learned from the old tabloid show "Hardcopy" - as both they and print tabloids such as The Globe and The National Enquirer used this technique in the Michael Jackson case. Advise your sources that for their protection and yours, that they file lawsuits against whomever harmed them, allegedly. This will allow you to legally quote them from their filed lawsuit...and stated evidence therein.
