lights over Antioch, CA

Strange UFO type lights over Antioch, CA. I originally saw a set of seven vertical lights just floating on the side of highway 4, over the eastbound direction. I was travelling westbound. As I started to video the lights with my phone they started to vanish. I don't know what they were, but it was DEFINITELY not a plane nor helicopters.
