Ответитьgreat video! I would suggest that during the breathing exercise at the end,you tell people to do it at a much slower pace than the video. I know you are restrained by the length of the video,but I think it is very important to go as slowly as possible during this exercise. Good luck and good job!

ОтветитьThank you so much! I’m nearly 72, still work outside the home 20+ hrs per week, but have gained a 20 lb belly which is sooo uncomfortable since Covid shut downs. My feet are also tired of holding me up so are becoming a problem. Need to lose but must be careful as I have had 2 hip replacements & have spondylolisthesis in my low back. Yet, I’m on my feet all day and do pretty good but it’s weight business has got to go so God bless you and thank you and I’m grateful for your tips as they are wonderful and I appreciate them and want to stick with them. have a beautiful day. 💐

ОтветитьHello Daron. I have been with you for a long time now. I mobility is greatly reduced and I have become more disabled. I am still persevering with the exercises as best as I can possibly manage. I will be 81 in 5 weeks time and getting more fragile. I will continue to do my best to keep up with various exercises . I do seated Dumb bells and seated chair yoga and other full body seated exercises I fear I wont be able to keep up with it much longer, but will keep on trying.
