This game is so ass bro I got a current champ in plat lobbies and we lost 4-0 I hope it’s better in siege x

I smurfed one time. I played so much r6 that I was my max rank for the season and there were still 2 months left to play. Playing standard feels boring over time and ranked didnt make any sense considering I was earning 9 MMR and losing 20. So I created a new account to olay ranked. Got it to level 50 within 2 weeks and my first solo q ranked match was against diamonds and champs. So it didnt ruin ranked for any low ranks because the game immidialty new my own rank by the time I hit level 50. Overall I managed to get to the same rank as my main account before the season ended. Since then I couldnt play that much anymore so I dont require my smurf at all. I also learned that you dont get any ranked rewards if you dont lock into r6 once in the next season

A good high rank high hour player is more dangerous than the average cheater now full on balls to the wall Chester’s (spin botting, flying, full on walls that don’t hide it) shit like that yeah that blows too but a champ player with 5-10k hours will dog walk an average cheater … so I get where people are coming from and honestly I’m on the fence but I do think using the excuse that I Smurf for content and it’s fun is no different that a someone cheating for content or because it’s fun or for rage bait… idk kinda a catch 22 … idk just food for thought

Smurfing shouldn't be bannable it's a dumb rule and there's no reason for it when there's more pros than cons for smurfing esp for content creators etc etc. That got sads bout it needs to get better

Honestly yes, smurfing is bad for the game, it's sad and it's ruining the experience for other players, on the list of the legal things that you can do and not get banned smurfing is the worst of them

i think that content creators like you get a “special pass” for smurfing, but at the end of the day siege wouldnt be as popular without content creators smurfing. double edged sword

Smurfing literally destroys the fun for everyone other than the Smurf. Like has been said, me and my mates are trash, and we have fun, but game is just crap when you’re queued against people I have no business playing.

Smurfing is 1000% bad, and just because you get "cheaters" in your high elo lobbies does not me its justified to shit on bad players in lower elo just to have some form of "content"

Smurfing is horrible in ranks lower than platinum. Above plat I believe everyone has the skill to at least be competent. me personally I am a average silver player and when I played on my brothers account I would ace and completely destroy the other team bc I’m used to a complete different type of play style than ppl who just entered the game or started ranked. And ppl will actually think your cheating and rage bait you and get tkd

getting a new account to do XYZ challenge is what 90% of siege creators do and thats straight up smurfing no matter how you cut it. if the game at high ranks sucks thats between high elo players and ubisoft...why go lower to scape the frustration high elo ranked games cause?

Smurfing is scummy. Content creators and farms go into lower skill lobbies to get clips and feel like a god. It ruins the game, it’s similar to a cheat IMO becuz the game sense and things yall learn along the way gives yall an unfair advantage

Just having an Alt account isn't smurfing. Loosing games on purpose so you are in a lower rank that you're supposed to be is. A lot of people just like having 2 account so play on (in my case my wifi is unstable sometimes and I get kicked and banned from something I couldn't control) it's the people who purposely sabotage their ranking just so they can shit on noobs.

I will also say though it's partly the match makings fault. Just about every game I've played this season has had at least 1 champ in the lobby and my highest rank is emerald 3 (which I got this season) I get running into them every couple games, but not every single mach bruh. Then I'll look at my teams ranking and they'll be gold or plat. How does that make any sense

Personally I have a main I game with certain friends when we take it more seriously for comp, my Smurf is more for when other friends who don’t really take it as seriously or just hop on for fun so in that sense I find my reason to be valid 🤔

So I guess if you’re a streamer smurfing is ok?

I have a Smurf from like white noise season I was gold on it then before I made a new acc and im a 4x champ on the acc I made with is my main when im playing with irl I use the old account from white noise cause they play the game but r not that good but if im 5 stacking with my actual stack I play on my champ acc

I’m against it but it’s not sieges biggest problem, it’s just another layer on top of a multitude of other problems. every match i’m in it’s either someone on Zen/Xim, Facing a Diamond/Champ team, or facing smurfs. between the cheating, smurfing, Hidden MMR, and shitty matchmaking i have more irritating matches than i do normal ones. have over 2k hours on siege and i can acknowledge i’m not the best but i know for a fact i’m better than gold and i’ve been stuck at gold peak for multiple seasons. definitely also doesn’t help i’m solo q.

And i’m sure they’ll be multiple people who reply to this just saying i need to get better or that im coping and that’s whatever, i genuinely will die on the hill of console siege being one of the most frustrating games i’ve ever played

As someone who never got good at this game, I really dont like smurfing. I enjoy playing against people of my own skill. I dont really aim to get good. I aim to have fun and grow at my own pace which then the game organically puts me against better and better people at my own pace. Smurfing ruins this and suddenly Im playing against high skilled players and not people of my own skill level. I understand why people smurf, you included Karan and so I don't make a stink about it at all, however I still don't like people smurfing as it ruins things for people like me.
