Rub recipe:
Mix 2 tbs Cayenne pepper
2 tbs garlic salt
2 tbs Butt Rub
1 tbs Black pepper
1 tbs crushed red pepper
1 tbs Smokey Honey Habenero rub
I made cuts to the bone all the way around the flats. I dumped the flats and my rub into a 1 gallon freezer bag and shook to mix well. Smoked with Apple wood for ~1 hour 10 minutes at 260F. The wrapped for 20 more minutes. Removed at 165F internal. They were awesome!!!
