You forget about William Lebanon Jenny, Gustav Eiffel and Vladislav Horodecki!
ОтветитьWhat about Barragán?
ОтветитьKenzo Tange?
ОтветитьTerrible, terrible list. Apparently architecture barely existed before the 20th century.
Ответить🎉
ОтветитьMimar Sinan 😍
ОтветитьNot even a mention of Andrea Palladio?
ОтветитьMrs and mr rajyashri and grahobardhon , brother , mr and mrs harshobardhon . This is the perfect buildling. Time . Thank you.
ОтветитьGaudi def not #1
ОтветитьWhat about imhotep he built the first pyramid which is actually impressive compared to this modernist shite
ОтветитьIf only there were better pictures on the internet
ОтветитьInteresting!
ОтветитьGehry actually designed a building at the museum I worked at
ОтветитьArchitecture gives glory to human life by bringing order and development to man's environment so that it will function properly, within and around a structure that is safe, healthy and beautiful.
ОтветитьWhat I disagree with is you giving Gaudi such a short segment. You didn't mention the part he design in the city or give La Sagrada Familia much a look, discussing its height and breadth. You can make it up by doing a "top ten Gaudi designs" video.
ОтветитьFrank Lloyd Wright deserved to be no.1 on the list because he is arguably the best architect in the world. He was also involved in engineering, urban planning, landscape and even in interior design. He patented some furniture named after him.
ОтветитьWhere tf is jean
ОтветитьNot of all time.. Should have been the last two centuries
ОтветитьI was waiting for Niemeyer in honorable mention 🤔😔
ОтветитьIMHOTEP the man behind Pyramids is the No.1 by Lightyears
ОтветитьI don't know if those French pronunciations were correct but they sure sounded good
ОтветитьWhere's Oscar Niemeyer 🤔
ОтветитьYou should make video for Oscar Niemeyer Just because you didn't mention him... Wtf
Ответитьall the french names , damn this woman is good xD
Ответитьyes GAUDI no.1 I love all his work!!
ОтветитьIt's shocking that Fazlur Rahman Khan aka F R Khan, the Einstein of structural engineering, is not in this lost. Not even in honorable mentions! He is known to be the "father of tubular designs" for high-rises building.
ОтветитьJust how do you dare put this modernists above Michelangelo
ОтветитьJørn Utzon? 45 years after it's completion the Sydney Opera house remains one of (if not the most) iconic and recognizable buildings on the globe.
ОтветитьChristopher Wren? Duh!
ОтветитьWow a decent video. Watchmojo finally pushing a golden chip outta the bunch of shit nuggets they've been churning out
ОтветитьPei designed the Bank of China Tower? OMG ! I know most people will find this news uninteresting but I certainly don't. The Bank of China Tower is the first building that made me fall in love with Hong Kong.

No Seth Rollins?!
ОтветитьI think Alvar Aalto deserves at least an honorable mention... ;-;
ОтветитьWhat about Niemeyer?
ОтветитьOscar NIemeyer > Frank Gehry
ОтветитьI see the Sagrada Família every day from my workplace. Truly a wonderful piece of architecture!
ОтветитьOscar Niemayer?
ОтветитьYAASS narrator! Your pronunciations are on point!
ОтветитьMaks Velo check him out!!
ОтветитьSo these are the people who created some of the biggest eye sores in the world
ОтветитьIraq is very proud of Zaha Hadid and she will always be in our hearts. I am so glad that her design of the new central bank of Iraq is being built in Baghdad set to complete in 2022.
ОтветитьYou should have mentioned Oscar Niemeyer. The Guy built The whole capital of Brazil, for example, and based ALL his work on a conception of The curves of Brazilian Culture, inspires specialy by our music. That kind of work and translation are not things to be missed
ОтветитьYou absolutely rocked each and every pronunciation, you're breathtaking!
ОтветитьLucio Costa and Oscar Niemeyer have their flaws. No doubt. However the stengh and importance of their works cannot go unspoken like that. Like them or not.
ОтветитьBut only true OGs remember Imhotep and ancient egyptian pyramids.
ОтветитьHow utterly ridiculous to make Gaudi no. 1!!! His weird architecture influenced no one. You omitted to mention the first modernist architect of the 20th century, Adolf Loos, whose radical designs were a major influence on Le Corbusier. You also omitted Vienna's great architect Otto Wagner who also influenced in a significant way the 20th century. Maybe you ought to do some research before dealing with this fascinating topic ...
ОтветитьFALTA O TAVEIRA
ОтветитьNicely done and Rebecca, the narrator, did a superb job with the French names.
ОтветитьWhere Is Bernini or Fidia?
