OceanaGold: Corporate Update and Summary of Q1 Figures

OceanaGold has just reported its results for the 1st quarter. The higher gold prices are only partially visible, as the increase will only show through in the 2nd quarter. The company has again paid a half-year dividend of 1 cent on April 26, 2024. The consolidated production costs and capital forecast for 2024 are to be met. In the first quarter, 104,800 ounces of gold and 3,000 tons of copper were produced. With the rising gold price, margins should increase and we are therefore positive for the company.
