Blight's Halloween Extravaganza 2019 - The Great Bear Scare

Another I had brought up in my Honorable mentions list last year that I felt would be fun to expound a bit on. This special is very strange, and honestly I'm wondering who, if anyone who's watching this just got reminded of this special's existence. I had a moment like that when I moved back in with my grandparents and discovered the VHS this was recorded on which I had watched as a kid who knows how few times, which is probably gone now, thanks to Harvey. It also had Scooby-Doo Meets The Boo Brothers, The Disney version of The Legend of Sleepy Hollow and Mr Toad, and I believe a couple episodes of a show called Old Bear Tales. I definitely have to talk about that one in the future. It'd be interesting to know if anyone else knows about Old Bear. Genuinely, I thought I had imagined this special, or that it was some weird dream, until I watched it again in, I believe 2015. Quite an interesting feeling to experience, to say the least.
