There’s a few Singaporean or SEA restaurants here in Vancouver! Potluck hawker eatery in cambie village, their sister restaurant street hawker on main street that does SEA fusion burgers. Golden Smell Mee just opened up in chinatown. Also some others like laksa king, Singapore hawkers, etc.
