He aggravated his cancer with low protein, high carb diet. The best thing you can do for cancer is high animal fat, high protein, very low carbs, avoiding soy also. McDonalds switched their fries from beef tallow to seed oils because of nutcakes like this guy. The potatoes were already bad for us but the vegetable oils made them worse. A vegan diet is about as bad as you can go for cancer. I'm not full keto but if cancer comes I would be.

It's really sad, how all of this played out. In particular all of those people that lost their jobs because of his confession. It's like... I guess being punished for trying to be better, or in the coworkers' case, being punished because someone ELSE was trying to be better. He could have stayed silent, could have done the wrong thing, and then things would have turned out better for everyone else.

The sad part is these "femininists" werent really feminists and I'm willing to go out on a limb here and say that they are also probably the same people who now hate gay and trans people.

So sad to see this news that Morgan passed. Watched super size me as a young teenager. We t through life had kids and stumbled across it again and have watched it twice more then found watched number 2 twice as also. On this day after watching super-sized 2 I googled morgan holy chicken out of curiosity to see how his restaurant was going. Really sad to see that he passed just over a month ago. You will be truly missed man. Fuck cancer! Rest easy bro.

I wish he got married to a good woman, that would have helped him in life. Sucks him admitting something about sexual harassment caused him to lose so much. He was ignorant to how he may have hurt a woman because possibly no one told him the importance of marriage. The enemy does this to many men. It sucks that it’s common in America.

Yes, my thoughts exactly! When I heard that Morgan came forward on his own volition to admit he did something wrong, and wanted to ask for forgiveness and he wanted to help, to speak out against that type of abhorrent behavior and everyone treated him like he was an irredeemable monster, it just makes no sense whatsoever.

And it really sends a terrible message as well, it's like, oh ok so you come forward unprompted, you admit wrong doing and you seek forgiveness, and you want to be a part of the solution not a part of the problem, but nope! We as a society say, f*ck that, you did a bad thing and there is no redemption for you because you're just a scumbag, and you don't deserve to be forgiven.

That sentiment is absolutely harmful! And how people do not understand that is just beyond me.

It doesn't take a more than a half of a dozen functional brain cells to figure out that if a person freely admits, on their own accord, that they were wrong, that they are sorry, and they wish to help others then they should be forgiven and that is the right thing to do!

RIP Morgan Spurlock. I believe that you were a good person at heart. ❤️

Not everyone has the same metabolism. And dont eat only junk food if your an alcoholic. If you eat Mcdonald every day it shouldnt effect you like it did him. Cardio exercise is important if your gona eat fatty foods. So if your already fat and 100lbs over wait. Then controling your eating habits you need to work on first. If you dont then working out and trying to loose wait wont work untill u can control your eating.

Spurlock 100% was a chronic alcoholic during the making of Super Size Me and that's what caused the liver and other damage. People even took a number his doctor mentioned in the doc which was over 5000 calories a day, punched in into MacDonald's meals and found it it was impossible to get that number from the meals he presented regardless how much supersizing he did and they even threw in a sundae and the number was still off.

Guess Spurlock forgot to mention about his excessive alcohol consumption during the movie. Though if he was honest about that, it would be too blatantly obvious what was the real cause of Spurlock's health issues during the experiment in his movie.

Just goes to show you that you can do everything “right” when it comes to living healthy… that’s no guarantee. So let’s try not to shame others for their weight or what they eat, shall we? It’s not the only considerations in life. You could be vegan like Spurlock, and still end up with cancers that take us out of this world. Donald Trump has eaten McDonalds nearly every day of his life with coke products— he’s nearly 80. Almost 30 years older than Spurlock. I’m js. There are sooo many factors to consider when it comes to longevity. McDonald’s or fast food is only ONE of them.

This was a popular movie back then. However it doesn’t take a genius to know eating Mc Donald as every meal isn’t healthy. Plus the fact that he’s been drinking since 13 didn’t help at all.
