ОтветитьMine is right my glutes and twitches back and forth. It's slow building from exercise , doing daily task like walking long term and short , and do low impact exercise . I have few other disc in upper back and neck. Lower back above the butt crack cause pelvic floor pain and urination. It's pundendal Neuralgia and it's been 18 years suffering without help from doctors not knowing what it was. Years to get it diagnosed, but pain builds without success of medicine helping. Past treatments damage my liver , and now the doctors can't help.
Doctors think it's fibromyalgia, arthritis, rhmeroid arthritis, and bulge disc. This started at age 27 and I am 43.
Is there any exercise i can do to correct this on my own? I think it's link to fibromyalgia and pundendal Neuralgia. Stress dealing with it all caused the other problems. Also my neurons damage from head injury. No brain damage, but nerves. First doctors didn't take me seriously, then later was diagnosed with fibromyalgia.
If the two tests from Dr Stuart McGill doesn't create pain, so my problem is not from bulge?

The title of this reel is a complete lie. If the disc is bulged it's bulged it's not going to suck back in because of these things. Proper movement helps a ton but the bulge is not "fixed".

ОтветитьIm 21 and diagnosed with spondylolysis and a herniated L5 disc, guessed it happened during a deadlift with poor technique but now im afraid to do barbell squats or deadlift as my doctor said that any act of overextension may worsen it , its been 4 months since the diagnosis and now my bone bruise is gone . In the meanwhile i did my original program but i swapped out squats and deads , so I did upper body exercises (bench etc) and for lower body leg curls and leg extensions (I recently started Bulgarian splits) . So I'm afraid that it will worsen .

Ответитьim 18 and just got an mri which revealed i have a herniated l5 disc. worst pain ive ever experienced and its hindering my every day mobility in the worst ways possible. i wish i knew how to fix it

ОтветитьYoung fellas out there please take heed of this advice. Moving at the hip with braced core has helped me overcome all sorts of joint injuries, but I had to learn the hard way.

I got a CT scan and I have a slight buldging disc slightly touching my nerve and dr said to see a physio which I'm currently waiting hopefully next week or the week after. Unfortunately I've been in pain for 2 months but just got the scan start of the week and have been doing regular exercises. What should I avoid completely? I'm more sad about having to restrict my regime and I have great hinge so what else can I do?

Ответить💯 If a bulging disc is the cause of your pain do not get surgery! Outcomes are bad and pain is often worsened. Do this plus McKenzie exercises. It takes focus and commitment so hang in there ❤

ОтветитьWent to the doctor twice and apparently I may have a slight herniated disc or bulge, they say they think its mainly compressed nerves and I’m taking a good amount of pills right now, I’m going to start doing physical therapy but this has been concurrent for about 3 months and I’m only 18 years old, it’s depressing and I can’t wait to be over it, I had so many dreams and rn I can’t do anything, its a struggle to sit, sleep or even walk. Hopefully I can update this in a couple months and I’m feeling much better

ОтветитьI am dealing with a L5 S1 right now and OMG the pain .. it hurts to sit too long , stand up , sneeze , cough . I was going to a chiropractor it's not helping the pain brings to my knees sometimes. Patient care did this
