Mpls mayor Betsy Hodges talks #pointergate with MPR News

I didn't know anything about Mayor Hodges before, but I'm impressed with how she's talking about this story. She seems thoughtful and smart.

I knew very little about our mayor before this incident. She's a saint, wow. I like her initiative to reduce corruption in the MPD, can't help but wonder if this is why the MPD would push this ridiculous story -- some dirty cops feeling threatened.
