i don’t like how you portrayed it as a progression where the art is improving over the years. you didn’t even try to understand the archaic era, you dismissed it as cartoonish and inferior.

Really nicely paced and relaxed friendly delivery. The listener has plenty of time to absorb the information and even jot the odd note without pausing. The quiz was fun and piqued interest towards the end.
Lots of this type of presentation are delivered in a rush, with hesitations ( lots of 'ums' ) and what feels like the delivery of undigested information. Even the 'mother tongue' English spoken is not always clear or coherent. So this was a winner. Really easy to digest and well illustratrated.

Classical periods are always short lived! Classical Period music (ca. 1750-1800) is sandwiched between the Baroque ca. 1600-1750 and Romantic ca. 1800- 1900
