I quite like brilliant diamond tbh but ye let's go is the best game for switch however pokemon shield I think is a close second

None of them are good enough. It's shameful that the Let's Go games are the best Pokemon games you can get on the Switch. Gamefreak should go back to 2d if they can't put together a 3d game. The games fell off hard after B/W2. You can't release a flagship game with poor performance, there are people who bought a Switch just to play Pokemon lol.

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Pokemon games, ploughed many hours into them over time. But in my ideal universe, Final Fantasy development team would make a Pokemon game, it would be out of this world!

With regards to the video, agree with Legends Arceus scoring 8.5 - it's one of my favourites of all time.

Also agree with 7.2 rating for Scarlet/Violet (definitely enjoyed Lets Go and Sword/Shield more) - was really looking forward to it, but I've not really bothered with the post-game stuff, it felt a bit rushed with many glitches and was probably too open world in the end with the lack of level scaling. Had some cool stuff though. I went back to playing Arceus for completing perfect dexes and shinydex.

Unrelated opinion but I think Pokémon lets go had the best art and style to any switch game. It felt like a modern version of a gba game, Brilliant diamond/pearl was a little cartoony imo. sv, ss, and arceus didn't look great on switch and performed sub par. Curious if I'm alone in this or if more people agree.
