Unfortunately Buceries is getting ruined just like PV got ruined. In the next 5 years it will just be an extension of PV. But that’s just my opinion for what it’s worth.

One thing you can say about Canadians. . . . their cheap, cheap, cheap.

One thing realtor don't tell you is often there's no water from the city, this can go on for weeks it's all pump out to Punta de Mita. I lived there for 20 years and this guy doesn't know his asshole from a peso, he's a realtor, can't believe a thing he says.
